Jee mains new pattern

        JEE MAINS NEW PATTERN EXPLAINED 
Recently  NTA has announced a change in JEE MAINS pattern , which is a major change unaffecting syllabus. The syllabus will remain same but the question type has been affected.

Here are changes on JEE MAINS PATTERN

1. MCQs (multiple choice questions) has been reduced to 75.

Earlier the paper consisted of 90 questions , 30 each from Physics,  Chemistry and Maths.

Now each section will consist 25 MCQs .


2. Integer type question has been introduced which will consist single integer value answer.  The option will consist of digit 0‐9 out of which the nearest integer will be marked correct.

3. MARKING SYSTEM 

 For  every correct answer in MCQs based question you will be awarded 4 marks

 In all other cases -1 mark will be awarded.

 For every correct Integer type question +4 marks will be awarded,  in all other cases 0 marks will be awarded. 

 4.  Time has not been changed you will get 3 hours (180 minutes ) for 90 questions
